ORDERS AND REFUNDS

Note: If you did not receive an order confirmation email, Please e-mail this to us so that we can re-send the confirmation email. Please insure that you provide the correct email address. Failure to receive a confirmation happens because the email that was provided at checkout was incorrect.

We understand mistakes happen and that you may want to cancel your order. You can request to cancel your order through the following steps.

Step 1 - Click on the "Help Centre" (located at the top of the site on the menu bar)

Step 2 - Please Title the ticket "Request Order Cancellation and your order number"

Step 3 – Please provide a short description for the reason of your cancellation. We always strive to provide the best experience for our customers, and are always looking for ways on how we can improve our product and service.

Step 4 – For your cancellation to be considered the request for cancelation must be lodged within 48hrs from the date of purchase. (Please allow 3-20 days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method)

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and processed for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:


Cancelling your order BEFORE it has been shipped

Customers will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued

Cancelling your order AFTER it has been shipped

Please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY

In these cases, all applicable fees listed above will apply - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

IMPORTANT: As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, many business' are experiencing longer than usual handling/shipping times. As stated on the product page - handling can take up to 3- 5 business days due to a high influx of orders and rigorous quality control procedures. Additionally, a majority of couriers (inc. DHL, USPS, etc.) & customs/borders controls are experiencing a high volume of parcels which causes a delay which is out of our control.

The standard shipping times are as follows:

Standard Shipping (Australia): 13-20 Business Days

Standard Shipping (USA): 5-9 Business Days

Standard Shipping (Rest Of World): 5-25 Business Days

To request for a replacement, customers are required to provide photographic evidence of the products manufacturing defects/damage to P2PROTECT.STORE@GMAIL.COM. If the case meets the guidelines mentioned above, we will happily cover related cost to deliver a replacement or provide a refund.

Alternatively, to be eligible for our 30-Day Money Back Guaranteed the customer must return the products within 30 days in its unused and original condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and once the parcel has been received at our warehouse, a full refund will be issued within 3 days!
